Cityclass Hotel Am Dom Cologne

The hotel's location was fantastic, right near the main train station and the Christmas markets. It made it very convenient to explore the city and visit the markets. The staff at the hotel were friendly and cute. They were always ready to help and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The breakfast selection was great, with a wide variety of options to choose from. It was a good way to start the day before heading out to explore.

The rooms lacked certain amenities, such as a bath. It would have been nice to have the option for a relaxing soak after a long day of shopping.

This hotel is within easy walking distance to everything. It is right across from the cathedral, in the centre of town, and right at the beginning of the shopping street, making it very convenient. The location is as close to the main train station as possible. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, with helpful staff. The breakfast offered plenty of choices in a relaxed atmosphere.

This place is located right behind the cathedral in the center of Köln which made exploring the city so easy. The staff here were incredibly helpful offering room service, laundry facilities, and tours. The room had everything I needed including an in-room safe and soundproofed windows, ensuring a relaxing and peaceful stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Cathedral, with many restaurants and attractions nearby. There is also an excellent bakery just around the corner. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a nice bathroom with a great shower. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the city.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities such as coffee/tea-making facilities in the room, which could have been a nice touch.

Our recent stay at this hotel was perfect for our family with kids. The location was excellent, with the Cathedral just in front of the hotel and restaurants and stores within walking distance. The breakfast selection was surprisingly great, offering a good variety of sweet and salty options for everyone. the room was spacious and comfortable, exactly what we needed for our stay.

Felt welcomed, no reason to complain.
